3. Permitted use and restrictions
You may view and access this website for your personal, non-commercial evaluation and for legitimate business use of RipeX under our Terms of Service. Except as expressly permitted, you must not:

- identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (for example a URL) for us to locate it;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
On receiving a valid notice, we will review and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the material. We may share your notice with the party who provided the material.
